Assumptions & Thesis
We founded Workfully keeping in mind two assumptions about the future.
Recruiters will be the new engineers
The global talent shortage will increasingly grow in the future, generating an estimated 8.5T of unrealized revenue by 2030*. In an era of hyper specialized work and lack of talent, the human interaction involved in career changes will become even more crucial.
In this context, we believe recruiters will be the new engineers. Therefore, we bet on building a recruiter-centric, decentralized platform where they can provide more value to candidates & companies, retaining more value for themselves.

Hireskilling will be as big as hiring
More than 1B people will start or restart their career into technology by 2030*. The market is and will be overflowed by a new kind of entry-level talent, but companies say they “have no time to hire and train junior talent”. What we need isn’t more bootcamps. We need efficient tools to help companies take advantage of this new talent pool.
Workfully HireSkilling aims to be the tool companies use to make this talent pool productive for them. We bet HireSkilling will be as big as hiring in the future.

Each of us is committed to doing what we achieve the goals we set for ourselves. This is the number one value everyone needs to be successful at Workfully and elsewhere.
We value the quality of being open and honest to everybody. This means giving direct feedback even when it feels uncomfortable, and speaking your truth no matter what.
We only want to work with adults so we can build a community with fewer rules, control, and more personal freedom.
Selfless altruism always leads to good things, for those around you and ultimately for yourself.
No matter how many setbacks we may suffer, we consistently persist with a positive attitude and renewed motivation.
